Break on through to the other side

Ok, so I've totally slacked on my blog. It's not like I haven;t been doing anything, it's just hard to get into the habit of writing every day - or even every few days.

I've got a whole list of stuff to work on, but I decided to start with a new web-site I'm building for an artist. It's pretty simple, barebones, but it's definitely got to look artist-y. Can't look like stock Drupal. It's got to have a self running slideshow gizmo on the home page along with graphic links to a few other pages. One of these will be a gallery of thumbnails, which of course needs to fire up full size images with a decent amount of meta-data.

So I'm devoting the next few blog entries to how I'm building Emily's website.
